The International Association of Organizational Coaching&Leadership (IAOCL) was established in November, 2020 in Switzerland, as an international association supporting the evolution of organization and leadership by means of systematic organizational coaching.

IAOCL seeks to be the thought-engine and catalyst for the evolution of global organization and leadership, to discover the leverage points for supporting an organization's evolution into a living organism that breaks down the boundaries of regions, cultures and systems,while conducting exploration, research and cooperation in order to support the continuous evolution of organization and leadership.
