As a long-term partner of the organization, the organization coach aims to work in concert with the organization through various methods, such as coaching/mentoring/consulting/training, as reinforced by modern enterprise-management philosophy,continuously incite the organization to explore potential through co-active creation and cooperation activity involving all relevant parties. In the process of supporting the organization, the coach also encourages the constant mindset and abilities breakthrough and development of the managers & teams, so as to improve the overall organizational capability and to achieve organizational goals.
In a long-term organizational coaching program, the organizational coach may need to work organically with other coaching partners to effectively support the organization, and may need to shift between several identities such as coach, mentor, consultant, and trainer as needed.
